Galaxy S3 Is Here Finally – Find Its Review

The Galaxy S3 comes with an amazing 4.8 inch Super Amoled HD Screen, the largest on the market, an 1.4 GHz Quad Core Exynos processor, which offers twice the performance of the Dual Core Exynos processor used on the Galaxy S2 while using 20% less energy, Bluetooth 4.0, allowing for faster data transfer, and impressive internal memory – up to 64 GB, which can be increased by up to 64 GB through an external SD card.

The S3 design

Announced by Samsung as “inspired by nature and designed for humans”, the Galaxy S3 smart phone comes with plastic casing and is fitted with menu buttons very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S as well as a 4.8″ HD display which is the biggest on the market. The phone is sturdy, and will survive even if you submerge it in water. However, drop tests showed that the screen is fragile and can shatter; therefore protecting the screen would be a good idea.

User Interface

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Touchwiz interface was modified for an easier access thanks to the generous 4.8 inch display. The phone now holds five items in the menu on the lower side of the display, helping you reach the features you’re looking for, faster.

S3 Technologies:

The Galaxy S3 comes with Smart Stay, a mind-blowing technology that uses the phone’s camera to track your eyes’ movement. That way, the phone can tell when you’re looking at it, so that the backlight doesn’t fade while you’re watching the screen.

Another interesting thing this Smartphone brings is a feature called Smart Voice, Samsung’s own personal assistant, which is similar to Apple’s SIRI that you can find on the iPhone 4S. Basically, you can use your voice to control 20 of the phone’s functions.

Direct Call is another amazing feature of this smart phone, which allows your S3 to figure out that you want to call someone and not message him just by taking the phone to your ear.

S Beam is going to help you transfer files between devices easier. It transfers any type of data over Wi-Fi, and all you have to do for it to happen is place your Galaxy S3 phone next to the one of your friend and tap the file you want to transfer. The downside, however, is that you can only use this feature with two S3 smart phones.

Pop Up Play can also come in handy when you’re watching videos but you also want to check on other apps. It allows you to move your video screen around the display; so that you can access any other apps you have opened.

The Cameras:

The Galaxy S3 is equipped with a front 1.2 megapixel cameras and an 8 megapixel back camera which can record 720p videos. Some of the camera’s features are facial recognition, panorama, High Dynamic Rangesmile shot, beauty mode and others.

Apps:

Apps are very important to any smart phone user. The Samsung Galaxy S3 has brand new apps, the S Memo and the S Suggests. The Reader Hub was replaced by the Video Hub, and you can also check out the Music Hub that lets you check music on the Amazon mp3 store. Also, the Gamer Hub is always a choice if you want to download games from the app store.

Battery life:

Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with a longer lasting battery, not only because the power of the battery has been improved from S2’s 1650 mAh to 2100 mAh, but also because the S3 uses better power management tools than the earlier models.
